At Pizzeria Buonizzimo we care about what we feed our customers from our Italian sourced Molino Dalla Giovanna 00 pizza flour for the best sourdough crust, to the fresh Water Buffalo mozzarella on the market. Are tomatoes are USDA organic Bianco DiNapoli and or olive oil is USDA organic. We don’t use any cheese out of a bag or pre shredded containing cellulose or preservatives!!! Our pastas are slow cured and Bronze cut.
